    Show off your balance, strength, and control in the 1-Minute Pistol Squat Challenge! Your goal: perform as many proper single-leg squats (pistols) as possible within one minute.

    Rules of the Challenge:

    Proper Pistol Squat Form:

    Start standing on one leg, with the other leg extended straight out in front of you.
    Lower your body until your supporting leg's thigh is below parallel.
    Push back up to a fully upright position to complete one rep.
    Switch legs as needed, ensuring equal reps on each side if desired.

    Valid Reps Only:

    Each rep must meet the depth and form criteria, with no assistance or support.
    Resting Rule: Resting is allowed, but the clock keeps ticking—stay focused!

    What You’ll Need:

    A flat, stable surface.
    Good mobility and balance to maintain proper form.
    A timer set for 1 minute and determination to push your limits!
