Rules of the Challenge:

Start in a forearm plank position: Forearms parallel and elbows directly under your shoulders.

Core engaged, hips level, and back flat.
Avoid sagging hips, arched back, or raised buttocks.
Valid Hold:
The timer starts when you get into position.
If your form breaks, the timer stops, and your attempt ends.
No Rest Allowed:
Continuous hold only—no breaks, adjustments, or touching the ground.
