    Rules of the Challenge:

    1. Form Matters:

    Begin in a plank position with hands shoulder-width apart.
    Lower your chest to just above the ground, keeping your body in a straight line.
    Push back up to full arm extension.

    2. Valid Reps Only: Each push-up must meet the form criteria to be counted.

    3. No Breaks on the Floor: Resting is allowed, but your body must not touch the floor.
